Wow.... a real page turner on your hands here. The suspense is fantastic! You've managed to throw me a couple of curve balls that I didn't see coming, which is extremely refreshing in a piece of writing for me. I like the turn on old vampire legends. You have an awesome sense of place and great, vivid detail throughout. I can see surroundings and characters clearly. I was up late because I couldn't put it down! -GS

I mean, the vampire story has been told and retold countless times but to reinvent it through the story of the Roicans, gives it a new texture and turns the tables on the whole "poor vampire... can't help himself! Talented quilter Jen Buettner designed and sewed this amazing set of six Bloodchained coasters featuring the carylian symbol. I was so touched that she loved the book enough to want to celebrate it with her craft! These coasters were used with pride at the Bloodchained Launch Party on October 12, 2007.
